Tajikistan, China sign 13 bilateral agreements
DUSHANBE. Aug 27 (Interfax) - Tajikistan and China have signed 13 bilateral agreements resulting from Chinese leader Hu Jintao's visit to Tajikistan.
"China is a great friend of Tajikistan and Chairman Hu's visit took place in a traditional atmosphere of mutual understanding and openness.
The parties expressed common viewpoints on regional and international issues," Tajik President Emomali Rahmon told a press conference which summed the results of the visit up in Dushanbe.
