Russia to establish diplomatic relations with Abkhazia, S.Ossetia soon - Source
Moscow, August 27 (Interfax) - Russia is planning to exchange notes on the establishment of diplomatic relations with Abkhazia and South Ossetia in the near future.
"The Russian president has ordered the establishment of diplomatic relations with the republics. In diplomatic practice it is called exchanging notes. This will happen soon, but not tomorrow," a source at the Russian Foreign Ministry told Interfax.
