Hill & Smith Holdings plc has announced today, August 26, that it has agreed to purchase Creative Pultrusions Inc, a leading US manufacturer of glass reinforced plastic products.
The group has agreed a price of US$21 million ([pounds sterling]11.3 million) payable in cash, for 100 percent of the share capital, free of debt and cash.
Hill & Smith, founded 35 years ago, supplies markets which include infrastructure products, transportation and utilities, construction, bridges and access systems.
