CAYMAN ISLANDS -- Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ:GRMN) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of SatSignal- Equipamentos de Comunicaes e de Navegao, S.A., the distributor of Garmin's consumer products in Portugal. The company will be renamed Garmin Portugal-- Equipamentos de Comunicao e Navegao, S. A. and will continue operations at its current headquarters located in Cacm, near Lisbon, Portugal.
