28 AUGUST 2008 PORT MORESBY (Pacnews) ------ Solomon Islands Government has assured Papua New Guinea (PNG) businesses that it will make its business climate more conducive for further investment, reports Post Courier.

It has also thanked PNG businesses for having the confidence in setting up operations in Solomon Islands.

Solomon Islands Minister for Commerce, Francis Billy Hilly said this at the Solomon Island Trade and Investment seminar in Port Moresby yesterday.
