SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1996--Electronic Arts (Nasdaq:ERTS), a leading global interactive entertainment software company, today announced the shipment of Triple Play 97 for the PlayStation. The PC-CD version is scheduled to ship in July 1996. Both products will carry a suggested retail price of $59.95 each.

The combination of the Major League Baseball (MLB) license and Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) license makes Triple Play 97 the most authentic baseball title for the casual and die-hard baseball fan.
