"This reminds me of Paris," said my friend Diana as we walked into Eastern Standard - she lives in Europe and spends a lot of time in the City of Light.
With its red leather booths, long marble bar and crowded sidewalk tables, this Kenmore Square American brasserie doesn't shy away from such comparisons. It's almost always crowded and boisterous - even when the Red Sox are not playing at Fenway. Credit Eastern Standard's top-notch staff, retro cocktails and food.
