COMEDIANS have claimed she is the person that most married men dread - the mother-in-law.
But Simon Daley soon found a kindred spirit when his future wife Salima invited him round to her family home.
Her mum Roshan, 63, welcomed him with a chicken curry like he had never tasted before and he knew he had to have the recipe - even if he had to marry her daughter to get it!
"I call her Rose - a nickname coined by her late husband Madat," says Simon, 36, who was born in Stafford and is now father to Haroun, aged three.
