Moody's Investors Service has assigned an A1 subordinated debt rating to the Farm Credit Bank of Texas (the Bank). In addition, the Bank's issuer rating was upgraded to Aa2 from Aa3 and its A2 preferred stock was affirmed. All ratings have stable outlooks. The Farm Credit Bank of Texas is part of the Federal Farm Credit System. The Farm Credit Bank of Texas' Aa2 issuer rating incorporates: (1) a Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) and (2) expected support from both the Farm Credit System and the US government.
