VANCOUVER, Wash., June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Red Lion Hotels, Inc. (NYSE: RL) today announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the 258-room, full service Red Lion Hotel in Modesto, California. Red Lion has managed the hotel since it opened in 1990.
Located in downtown Modesto, the hotel complex includes 35,000 square feet of office space and 7,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. The hotel's extensive meeting facilities complement the adjacent Modesto Centre Plaza, a convention center with 25,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space.
