A letter to the editor, like all business letters, has the following parts: (1) your address, (2) the date, (3) the address of the person to whom you are writing, (4) the greeting, (5) the body of the letter, and (6) the closing.
Below is an example of a letter to WR News. Look at the parts of the letter, and then write your own letter. Tell us your views on a topic you've read about in WR News, or write a letter to another magazine or newspaper on a separate sheet of paper.
