Swedish road marking company Geveko AB announced on Monday (1 September) that it has completed its acquisition of the road marking operations of the Norwegian state-owned contractor Mesta AS following final approvals from the competition authorities.
The deal was initially announced in June.
The acquired operations, with a turnover of approximately SEK75m, will be integrated into Geveko's Norwegian subsidiary Cleanosol AS.
