North Cliff have agreed a sponsorship package deal with Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough.
Ashley Cooper, general manager at the car dealership, had been keen to initiate a long-term relationship with a local sports club to develop opportunities to bring public awareness benefits for both parties.
After a site visit and discussions on North Cliff's future plans, he decided that the golf club would fit the profile he was seeking.
