WORKERS at a Scarbor-ough firm have returned home after completing a contract to turn the former Millennium Dome into the country's most up-to-date music venue.

The venue, which has just been renamed the O2 arena, opened with a performance by legendary rock stars Bon Jovi.

More big names, such as Prince, are due to appear at the venue which will also be used as an ice skating circuit and cycling circuit for the Olympics in 2012.
