ST. LOUIS, Sept. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wachovia Securities, LLC announced today that Tom McManus, formerly managing director and chief investment strategist at Banc of America Securities, has joined the firm as its new chief investment officer and director of Advisory Services.
