Sep. 3--After two weeks of voicing concerns in letters and phone calls regarding proposed changes to the H.E.B. Municipal Tennis Center, the Kerrville tennis community members spoke their minds Tuesday at a public forum. Using a question-and-answer format, city manager Paul Hofmann and city director of general services Kristine Ondrias layed out the proposal to about 60 tennis players and parents. "I thought the meeting went well -- the city made their case and we made ours," said Richard Thomas, a member of the USTA Senior Tennis Program in Kerrville. "There is a lot of flux right now, and we don't know what's going on."
