KATRINA THOMPSON continued her excellent season with victory in the high jump at the UK School Games at Bath.
The Liverpool athlete entered the competition at 1.63 and bowed out an easy winner at 1.78.
Wirral's Sid Srinivas continued his good form by finishing second in the 400m hurdles in 56.25 and there were places in the finals for Lauren Brennan (300m), Adam Davies (hammer), Michael Carmona-Jones (discus), Michael Lyness (high jump) and Kathryn Sumner (hammer).
At the Mid Lancs medal meeting held at Stanley Park, Blackpool SouthportWaterloo's Sally Wareing won the 200m, 800m and collected bronze in the shot ...
