NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 1996--Sonic Solutions today announced that it has begun shipping version 5.0 of the industry's leading digital audio workstation, SonicStudio(TM).
This new release delivers an extensive array of new features and enhancements targeted to CD mastering, radio broadcast, audio post production, and Digital Video Disc (DVD) premastering. Sonic is providing the software upgrade free of charge to all registered users. In addition, Sonic Solutions is now shipping the new PCI version of SonicStudio with version 5.0 software.
