When Barbara and Anthony Ward's daughter Rachel was killed in a car accident, they vowed they'd stop at nothing to get justice.

Rachel, 19, was eight weeks' pregnant when she died after a lorry changed lanes without seeing her and knocked her car off the road.

The driver was given only a pounds 1,000 fine.

And Rachel's devastated parents started a campaign to increase sentences for drivers who kill.
