At 19, Margaux Hemingway had all the prerequisites for making it big: a million-dollar face and a famous last name.
Hemingway was a strapping, 6-foot-tall beauty with strong bones, wild brows and a kissable pout, who grew up in Ketchum, Idaho. She was sunny, naive and exuberant in a world of bored, blase mannequins _ the idealized farmer's daughter, except that Dad was Jack Hemingway, son of Ernest.
