SAN JOSE, Calif. _ Rottweilers, responsible for two vicious attacks on Silicon Valley children in less than two weeks, have in recent years killed more people than any other dog in the United States.
And, the powerful German breed has replaced the pit bull as the first choice of those who covet aggressive dogs.
``It comes down to that testosterone, dog-fighting, my-dog-can-eat-your-dog mentality,'' said Geoff Simmons, West Coast program director for the Humane Society.
