SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- The Woodbridge Township (New Jersey) Municipal Council approved a resolution to apply for participation in a five-year pilot with the New Jersey Department of Transportation Red-Light Running Automated Enforcement Program. Upon State approval, the resolution selected American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (ATS) to run the Township's red-light photo-enforcement program.
