FURY has erupted in a quiet South Tyneside street after it emerged a pervert has been living among families with young children.

Now, it is feared that trouble - which has already started - will escalate quickly on St Oswin's Street in South Shields where Daniel Devlin must live until he is sentenced by a judge.

As the Gazette reported yesterday, church-going Devlin, 53, admitted to Durham Crown Court he had been downloading pornographic pictures of youngsters, and had amassed a catalogue of more than 2,000 sick images.
