POLICE officers from Dubai will swap warm Arabian nights for an evening shift at Attercliffe police station.
The senior officers will do the shift as part of a visit organised after South Yorkshire chief constable Meredydd Hughes visited Dubai to share expertise on road death investigations which established links between the two forces.
It is the first time officers from the Dubai force have visited South Yorkshire.
Mr Hughes said: "We are honoured to receive such a high powered delegation from one of the Arab region's leading forces. The Dubai police have some of the most modern technology in the world.
