ESTATE agents in South Wales were split today on whether the Government'sstampduty holiday will have an immediate impact on the property market.
Chancellor Alistair Darling finally confirmed this week that the threshold at which the tax is paid at 1% would rise from pounds 125,000 to pounds 175,000 for one year. But some property experts say this has yet to have an effect on the beleaguered sector.
