DOUGLAS - A $160 million entertainment and educational development called Pangaea Theme Park - that, if realized, could rival Walt Disney World in size and scope - has been proposed for wooded land on Route 16 near the Webster town line.
Paul A. Brogioli of Milford, a former art teacher and commercial artist, asked selectmen this week how they would react to a destination development that would draw 8 million visitors a year to their town and dramatically change the face of the entire region.
