MINNEAPOLIS, July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- CNS, Inc., (Nasdaq-NNM: CNXS) today announced that U.S. Utility Patents No. 5533499 and No. 5533503 are issuing today. These patents cover the basic invention of the Breathe Right(R) nasal strip and additional elements incorporated in the product.
"These patents provide the Breathe Right strip with significant patent protection," said Daniel E. Cohen, M.D., chairman and chief executive officer of CNS.
