Cambridge Tech board approves US company acquisition *Mumbai, Sep 8 (PTI) -- IT company Cambridge Technology Enterprises today said it will acquire US-based Protege Software Services Inc, a provider of professional services and solutions, for Oracle application products and technologies for an undisclosed amount. The company's board of directors have approved the acquisition, subject to the approval of shareholders and regulatory clearance, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Cambridge Technology, however, did not disclose any other information regarding the said acquisition.
