TASHKENT, September 8 (UzReport.com): China National Electric Equipment Corporation (CNEEC) plans to construct two small hydroelectric power plants in Uzbekistan next year. The cost overall project is US$17 million. The project will be financed due to credit of the China Eximbank at the volume of US$15.93 million issued under the guarantee of the government of Uzbekistan, Vesti.uz reported. One of the stations will be built at Akhangaran Water Reservoir with the capacity of 21 megawatt and the second in Andijan with the capacity of 50 megawatt.
