ANGRY mum Donna Buckingham claims her daughter Charlotte is the victim of religious discrimination - because the council refuses to provide a free bus pass.
Eleven-year-old Charlotte is due to start studies at Notre Dame High School in September, one of two Catholic secondaries in the city.
But her application for a pass has been turned down because she is not Roman Catholic.
Meanwhile a friend who lives on a street close to the Buckinghams' home in Hillsborough has been given a pass - because she is a Catholic.
