A GUN-TOTING teenager who shot a man in the face at point blank range after a row involving a young Sheffield United player has been jailed indefinitely and branded a danger to the public.
Judge Alan Goldsack QC said Mark John Hammond, aged 19, posed a "significant risk of causing serious harm" to the public and would remain in custody until he learned to control himself. He must serve at least five years and eight months in a young offenders' institution before being considered for parole.
