THE organisation charged with leading Sheffield's development for the next decade has set itself the ambitious target of creating 25,000 new jobs.
Creative Sheffield, the UK's first City Development Company, has taken hold of the reins of the city's economic development from its predecessor Sheffield1.
And chairman Sir Peter Middleton and chief executive Ian Bromley have now outlined their vision for how they plan to take the city forward.
They see the development of specific 'business clusters' that will attract more companies to invest in our region, including manufacturing and materials, medical equipment and nanotechnology.
