NO COURT date has yet been announced for the case to resolve a dispute over a controversial mental health facility in Mexborough.
Cambian Healthcare Plc appealed against a Planning Inspectorate decision which ruled that they should close their Aspens mental health unit on the Highwoods Estate.
The London-based company took their appeal to the High Court and it was hoped that the case would be heard in early 2007.
But Cambian spokesman Kieron Smith said this week that they have not recieved any notification of when the hearing will go ahead.
