Article: USA launches new look and a Web site. (USA Networks; World Wide Web)

NEW YORK - In an effort to make viewers realize that USA Network offers original series and movies that can't be seen elsewhere, the network today debuted its new on-air look, which heavily emphasizes USA original productions.

The new on-air look will be replicated on USA's World Wide Web site, which also launches today (Monday, June 17).

Andrew Besch, senior vice president, marketing for USA Networks, said although USA has committed $175 million this year to original series and movies, the network's research indicates that viewers do not realize USA produces its own programming.
