BOSTON, July 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Keane, Inc. (AMEX: KEA) announced today it has formed a partnership with Complete Business Solutions Inc. (CBSI) to assist clients interested in offshore programming services. CBSI, an international computer consulting firm, provides offshore software maintenance and development through its wholly owned subsidiary in Madras, India and satellite offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad, India.
