ARMONK, New York--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 1996--MBIA Insurance Corporation has reorganized its structured finance business into three departments to increase responsiveness and service to clients, said Richard L. Weill, president of the country's leading financial guarantor. Steven A. Campo was named Managing Director of the Structured Finance Group, reporting to Mr. Weill.
