RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 1996--Medi-Cal beneficiaries in six California counties will soon have access to Personal Health Advisor (PHA) through an expanded contract between Blue Cross of California and Access Health, Inc.
