ALICE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 1996--Ponder Industries Inc. (NASDAQ, PNDR, BSE: PND), announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Bosco Fishing and Rental Tools Inc. of Laurel, MS, a privately-held company with annual revenues of approximately $1.5 million.
Bosco supplies oilfield customers onshore Mississippi and Alabama and offshore Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
