SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1996--Durand Communications Network Inc., (Durand) a leading provider of real-time client/server software and services for the development of intranet and Internet communities, Monday announced a strategic alliance with NetSpeak Corp., a leading internet voice telphony company.
Durand will integrate Netspeak's WebPhone, a full-featured Internet telephony product offering voice-mail capabilities, with its MindWire NT CommunityServer as a first step in delivering a fully integrated phone service with its CommunityWare product line.
