WaterPure International, Inc. (the "Company" or "WaterPure") (BULLETIN BOARD: WPUR) announced that it has executed an amended Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) patent license agreement with Everest Water, Ltd. revising the payment terms of the original license. Under the previous agreement, WaterPure was required to make all license fee payments in the current year. The revised terms now call for gradually escalating quarterly payments spread over several years easing the impact on the Company's cash flow.
