A PENSIONER who put birds in tiny cages in a makeshift wildlife hospital has been banned from keeping wild animals for three years.
Patricia Seager, 71, of Green Lawn, Birkenhead, was ordered to release the animals after RSPCA officers discovered blackbirds, crows, pigeons and thrushes imprisoned in her house.
