MONZA, Italy: Seven-times world champion Michael Schumacher yesterday said compatriot Sebastian Vettel had the potential to be a world champion as Germany continued celebrating the 21-year-old's surprise victory in Sunday's Italian Grand Prix at Monza.
Vettel, dubbed "Baby Schumi" by his national media, became the sport's youngest winner and the first German to triumph in a Grand Prix since Schumacher's retirement at the end of the 2006 season.
