NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1996--CDA Investment Technologies (CDA), a division of Thomson Financial Services (TFS) an industry leader in providing quality financial information and related products, announced today that it has acquired Chicago-based On-Line Capital Advisors, L.L.C. (OLC Advisors), a leading investor relations consulting firm, from Titan Financial Group, L.L. C. (Titan). Terms were not disclosed.
