PRINCETON, N.J., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Derma Sciences, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DSCI) said that its Houston manufacturing facility had sustained only minimal damage and power outage from Hurricane Ike earlier this week. Full power was restored yesterday and repairs have been completed. The Company expects to resume full operations as soon as the workforce is able to commute to the location, expected by mid-next week. The Company said it has been in the process of winding down operations in Houston, and transferring manufacturing of its first-aid products to the Company's facilities in Canada, Mexico and China.
