The original founder of Black Country healthfood retailer Julian Graves has left the business after being beaten by fellow Midland company Holland & Barrett's parent in a buyout.
NBTY Europe, owners of Nuneaton-based Holland & Barrett, yesterday said it had acquired Julian Graves from Icelandic retail investor Baugur.
