LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 1996--Cadbury Schweppes plc, (NYSE: CSG), today announced that Ian Johnston will succeed John Sunderland as Managing Director of the Confectionery Stream on September 16, 1996. He will also join the Board of Cadbury Schweppes plc on the same date. This follows the announcement earlier in July that John Sunderland will become Group Chief Executive on September 9th following David Wellings retirement.
Ian Johnston, 49, has worked for Cadbury Schweppes since 1982 in both soft drinks and confectionery in Australia and the UK. In 1990 he was appointed Managing Director of the company's Australian soft drinks operations and subsequently ...
