Riverside Resources Inc is pleased to report that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted an independent National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report and other documentation submitted by Arcus Development Group Inc. related to the previously announced options on two of Riverside's Mexican gold exploration projects. The projects are the Chapalota and La Ventosa properties and were optioned to Arcus by Riverside by way of letter agreements dated April 10, 2008.
