BEIJING, Sept 19 Asia Pulse Among Chinese companies, which have announced additional share offering schemes since 2007, 260 haven't yet executed the schemes, according to TX Investment Consulting CO., Ltd. (TX), a consultancy firm.

Among them, 176 companies specified their offering prices in the announcements. Most of them found it hard to raise additional funds as they broke the planned additional issue prices.

As of the closing time of September 17, 2008, 156 companies, which announced additional share offering schemes, saw their actual closing prices lower than the originally set follow-on offering prices.
