On August 19th, China National Coal Group Corporation (China Coal) and Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. signed a framework agreement on strategic cooperation and an agreement on the reformation of Xi'an Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. in Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi province.
