THE Provimi Group, a global leader in the animal nutrition business, announced that it has signed agreements for the acquisition of Biovet, leading premix producer in the growing and profitable market of Colombia.
With this acquisition, Provimi said it further strengthens its position in Latin America.
Biovet is the leading independent premix producer in the country, in particular for poultry. The company employs around 80 people and is well positioned to exploit growth potential in the Colombian market.
